 I had the opportunity to join the SodexoMAGIC team in Orlando, Florida. I worked with the Sodexo Wellness Director, Wendy Opetaia-Williams, RD, the Disney Environmentality (Environmental Integration) Team, and the entire SodexoMAGIC corporate management team on a number of projects, including a system analysis project that resulted in a 25-location food waste recycling business plan.
